Whenever I try to open this game, it crashes and won’t let me play.

I really like this game, but i'm stuck in the quest "Mysterious Thief", i dont know where is the room, is like i dont have the upgrade from this room, but i made all available upgrades, is not in the tavern and is not in another place
At the Academy location (where the mansion is being renovated) — in the lower section.
