• Our background artist is back from vacation and finished the beach background.
• We also fixed the most egregious issues of the new version (hopefully).
• So today we're making version 0.2.3 (Aguamenti) available to "Magister" and above or for a separate fee on itch.io. You can read more about the changes in this version in our previous devlog
• Simultaneously, version 0.2.2.1 becomes public!

Known issues:

• If, when you click on the "Map" button, you cannot go to the map - go to the auto-save folder (C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Wild Pear\Magic Academy\AutoSave) and delete everything, for some reason the system sometimes marks them as ReadOnly and then the game cannot make a new autosave when the slots run out (because you need to delete the old one first)
• During the "Spy - get out" quest, the execution may unexpectedly come to a standstill. This is because you simply will not be given the next task within the quest. Load the autosave BEFORE the moment you receive the task (the scene where you catch Grace in the courtyard of the mansion).  We found the reason for the error and will fix it in the next patch. In the meantime, do not talk to Grace sitting on the chair. Ask her the first time you open a dialog. (Thanks for helping find the bug: IXL, ☾♄คгφη, Meatbug)
