Devlog#18

Hey everyone! It's been a busy week for our small team. Our full-time jobs decided to drop a ton of work on us (ironic, isn't it?).

However! We've still managed to:

  • Create new characters for the Journey
  • Implement the scene you unlock after defeating the Cat Girl
  • Squash a few nasty bugs and typos

Here's what's left on our plate:

  • Finish one more skill tree for the Journey
  • Integrate the updated scene with Lilian (from the first tavern encounter)
  • Finish writing the storyline with Victoria and Olivia.

If the winds of magic are in our favor, we should be able to wrap up the new update next week.

Also, today we're announcing the results of the new boss poll. As a reminder, all of our platforms are included in the voting, and the weight of each vote depends on your level of support.

[Option] = number of votes (percentage of total)

  • Bard = 21 votes (28%)
  • Paladin = 27 votes (32%)

  • Orc = 18 votes (26%)
  • Wolf-girl = 20 votes (28%)

As you can see, the Wolf-girl Paladin won! However, the Orc and Bard options were close behind, just a few votes shy of victory.

But fear not, this isn't the last poll, especially since the winning options are no longer eligible.

You could maybe do with squishing the werewolf's right toes together a bit to better match the left foot, and correct the mis-aligned angle vibe it's giving off. Right now it feels like the right foot id bigger regardless of perspective, and while the right foot is angled toward the character, the toes feel more angled towards the viewer.

Also the angle of the right arm could do with being a little bit steeper as it currently feels a little too far away from the body. Other than that it looks to be a pretty solid animation, well done :D

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the next update. I really enjoyed the current content and hope to see more of your passion and creativity soon! : )

Thank you for the feedback!

And we'll take note of that and plan for revisions.
